Payment & Refund Policy

All services provided by AM Accounting & Bookkeeping Services LLC are professional bookkeeping services and are billed in advanced unless otherwise stated.

Due to the time, labor, and professional services involved, payments for monthly bookkeeping services are non-refundable once work has commenced. One-time services, including cleanup and catch-up work, are also non-refundable after services have begun.

If you wish to discontinue services, written notice is required in accordance with your engagement agreement. Any outstanding feed for services rendered remain due.

If an error in billing occurs, please contact us promptly so it can be reviewed and corrected.
